Venue Hire
Hire times: 10:00am – 11:00pm

Exclusive hire of Whole Complex (GHL providing all drinks)	£2750 (inclusive VAT)
Exclusive hire of Whole Complex (client providing own drinks)	£3850 (inclusive VAT)

Additional hours
For any additional time used before or after your booking, there will be a charge of £450 (inclusive VAT) per hour or part thereof. We have a late licence until 1am.

Security
You are required to hire a minimum of one security person per 100 guests which is charged at £19.40 per hour (inclusive VAT) for the duration of your event.

Catering
If you choose not to use a caterer on our recommended list, a flat fee of £587.50 (inclusive VAT) will be charged, this is for the use of our kitchens and equipment. 

Bar
We have the facility to open two separate bars, which can operate as cash or account bars at any function as part of your package or separate to it.

Bank Holidays
An additional £765 (inclusive VAT) is charged for events booked over Bank Holiday Weekends.
